Over the last few weeks I have managed to get some stuff squirrled away for fitting. I actually thought I could get the bits fitted over the few days before Chrimbo weekend then I laid all the stuff out and thought...........
Oh ****!
1. The rear subframe/diff carrier, lateral arms and trailing arms all bushed up.
2. Gearbox and rear diff oils.
3. The rest of the suspension bushes.
4. Lightweight pulleys.
5. Sport cat.
6. Engine bay bolt kit.
7. Crystal fogs.
It's time to get a priority order sorted, up admin grinner my!

Well, you are going to be a busy boy Ian.
I would get them done in this priority order:
1. Lightweight pulleys (makes a real difference to the acceleration)
2. Engine bay bolt kit (nothing like a bit of engine bay bling)
3. Crystal fogs (bit of exterior bling)
4. Gearbox and rear diff oils
5. The rear subframe/diff carrier, lateral arms and trailing arms all bushed up (are you fitting diff lockdown bolts and bushes as well? as this really tightens up the rear end of the car)
6. The rest of the suspension bushes
7. Sport cat (get it done just before a remap)
Just my two penneth.

6. Engine bay bolt kit.
7. Crystal fogs. DONE.
8. Arches and back end re-spray 24th Jan.
Rear trailing and lateral arms are off for powder coating Monday.

Managed to get some brand spanking number plate light harnesses, lenses, brackets and a new filler neck. I'll do pics of these when I fit them. The old ones are pretty shocking. I was very surprised at how good the rear bumper support bracket was though, job saved.

Got the car back from the body shop and I am very impressed.
It had been done before but the arches had not been treated to any protection or wax oil treatment, hence they had gone again.
He's replaced the loops that hold the bumper on to the arches and the bumper is now bolted and not held with ****ey push plugs. It'll be going back soon for the front lip and bumper.
The red mudflaps have been taken off and replaced with the OE Spats.

I got the Gearbox Poly bushes as part of the kit I bought. The engine mounts will be my next purchase. They go with the new front sub frame I have

Rich, yes I have. The mix I got was also used on a manifold, so should be hard wearing.
