Evo Jumps out the rollers!..

Well strapped down...........not!

TBH I'd say its throttle jammed open just before it jumped out the rollers. I reckon it hit the rev limiter and when it did the dyno tester shat his pants, turned the steering wheel ever so slightly causing the front to jump out of the rollers thus causing him to shat some more Doh!

I thought you only got Torque steer like that on Dodgy Vauxhalll Astra's!!!!

The RR owners/workers have clearly taken leave of their senses.

You HAVE to secure all round even for piece of mind. For the amount of time it takes to put the straps on it has to be a pre-requisit for any car. Even a 1.0L Landrover.

P.S. Funniest thing I've seen was a Formula Ford with it's nose on a milk crate to get the wheels into the rollers...

That particular dyno is high inertia, with the Evo perched on top of heavy rollers. Not being secured, it was just as likely to spit the car off when the throttle was released.
