Hi,

I have redesigned it like the cosworth one but with a tiny bit more room .

i.e the cosworth one has a 6.35 mmhole our one has a 6.8 holemm clearance for M6

Will post up photos tonight

cheers

Chris would a better solution not be to increase the belt to guide dimensions a fraction?

You mean a slightly bigger radius?

Yes but as suggested previously to do this you need to know what if any differences there are in the various belt thicknesses.

If it helps I had a Cosworth Kevlar belt on my S202 and also had a Cosworth belt guide and there were no clearance or fitment issues.

These are all made now guys, going for anodizing tomorrow.

I can't see there being any problems fitment wise, if there are we will take them back for refunds.... but these match up with the standard and cosworth one perfect

Chris im waiting for the RCM ones to come in stock. The RCM/Tomei ones have a longer wrap on the leading edge. The cosworth one can be made better than it is.

Youre in luck at the moment as the RCM one has been out of stock (Forver so it seems ) and the Cosworth one fits crap

Can these not have a larger wrap on them? Like this?

Hey Guys,

oK, this batch has already been collected for anodizing.

I am happy to make more up with a larger wrap on and I have plenty of material,
I can't see any fitment issues for standard belts for the ones I have just made.,

Arch, I will make some more and send you a few up..... please pm me your address mate

Ironically I was looking at the these at RCM this morning.
Very nice peices of kit indeed. No sharp edges on any in the big boxfull i've seen today.

The ones I saw today had curved edges i'm no machinist so I have no idea if thats radius or chamfered

Just a bizarre coincedence that I happened to be looking at some this morning so they are quite fresh in my mind
