Mine arrived today. Beautifully made.
Here it is on my motor, would be easily possible to add more wrap to the design but in all honesty i personlly dont think it actually needs it. Ive spoken with Chris about some possible tweeks to aid fastener clearance.
Mine is fitted with a PE Kevlar timing belt that measured 2.20mm thick, out of interest i also measured the OEM belt and that was also 2.20mm thick. Clearance has been set to almost bottom limit of 0.40mm.
Guys also please rememeber to add Loctite to the fasteners 243 or another medium strength retaining compound. This is VERY important.

Tried the guide today and the fit is excellent, I obtained 0.02" clearance which is as tight as I would like to go but totally acceptable which given I had zero clearance with the Cosworth one is a result for me. The finish and fit of these is easily as good if not better than the Cosworth item so definately a thumbs up from me
I havnt taken any pics as the access I have is not as good as Frays above so the pics would have been rubbish but Frays pics show the Guide as well as is needed.
