Thumbs up Billet timing belt guide ej20/2j25

Hi,

Thinking about running a batch of these off guys, like the cosworth ones here..
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Cosworth-Cam-T...item483ba5d790

quote
"The original sheet metal timing belt guide can flex from belt deflection when subjected to extreme
rpms causing the timing belt to skip one or more teeth on the crankshaft sprocket. The Cosworth Billet Timing Belt Guide was developed to control this problem and is machined from solid aluminum ."

Will be our hard anodized finish with our logo.

Need a run off at least 10 guys to make this worth while:
Retail will be £39.99+delivery

First offer price £25+£3 post

Let me know who is interested

Is this something you can easily fit yourself? If so, yeah I'd think about it

one thing to remember is that if you have a kevler belt fitted like i do on mine is that my cosworth one needed the holes opening out slightley due to the belt being thicker, might be worth looking into this CDF,

Had a similar issue, I bought the cosworth one and it wouldnt fit with my belt. I wasnt prepared to open the holes up incase the bolts slackened enough to allow the guide to move and come into contact with the belt. It has to run close to the belt obviously but the room for error here is very small.

May be interested if you can work around the fitting issues as seen on the cosworth item with the kevlar belts. I have a Cosworth one here but sounds like it wont fit with my PE kevlar belt.
