tbh no one is gonna believe a word you say untill you justify it with the actual amounts. Your moaning about them has just become ranting that no one will pay any atention to.

13 Hours. That's nothing in compared to what happened to me when I asked for some Auto Gauges ( 1x Boost, 1x Oil Temp & 1 x Oil Preassure) to be fitted into my STi by a Subaru Dealership. To cut a long story short I ended up waiting a week before getting my car back. All because nobody could properly understand the instructions. The Oil connections were done on the 3rd cylinder port, and after driving the car back ended up with an oil leak

So front brake discs were round the wrong way, just needed swapping sides.

Turbo off can be a git if the bolts / nuts are siezed. I take it involved drilling out the old studs and fitting new studs into the turbo exhaust side flange? Is that what you meant by machining?

Had a quick look in there - so, has the OP won the thread or not? I can't tell.

This is the worst "Hi, I'm new here" thread ever

Maybe it took 2 people 6.5 hours? Or was that somewhere else?

Why are you all giving this guy such a hard time. Until we get proof one way or the other, we shouldn't really slag off either party involved.

It seems his total bill was 23.5hrs@£60= £1410 (+£200 parts), of which 13hrs (£780) was labour for gauge fitting.

We've established that this is excessive, so without further evidence we should leave him to take it up with PS or a solicitor.

I would say that he mentioned his Skyline to show that he's not some numpty who's just traded in his Saxo 1.1 and doesn't have a clue (although he might not, by the sound of it.)

Before anyone says it, no I'm not his gay lover, I just think that if a fellow member is ripped off, then we shouldn't slate him. If he turns out to be a bulls*****r, then I'm going to look like a total donkey!

That is the whole point of you coming on here in the first place!!

It is not much of a warning to the Scooby community is it -

"PS have ripped me off"

"Oh no mate, how much did you lose?"

"Not telling you, you nosey ****"

I've deleted the insults from the OP and the baiting thereafter... please try and keep it civil folks

However - the concerns ARE still valid... you have still shown no proof.

Nobody is really slating him...he's made a rod for his own back with implied suggestions and a lack of being forthcoming to other interested SN members.

Exactly.

The OP came started the thread asking for opinions and people were sympathetic at the start. We asked for facts in order for us to base our opinions on. No facts have been produced and we get a pasting for asking (We don't take it personally ).

At this present moment in time we only have your word for it.
