Defo something odd with the AT, just checked against an old dyno dynamics printout from a year or so ago and the IT was 17 and AT was 15, the intake design/setup has not changed.

Even allowing a little for the high intake temps (Approx 3% based on those corrections) that is an excellent figure for a VF35, .

So speeds on dyno do not get silly, if it was run in 4th spool would be slightly better and maybe a bit more power.

Whatever its making on the Dyno I guess I can expect the on road power/torque to be higher due to better airflow over the intercooler etc or am I wrong.

That only really applies to tmic, not cars running fmic. The car is holding boost perfectly so will be making the power it is supposed to. You will see better spool on the road though.

Cool, I just assumed that the fan on the dyno would not be able to fully simulate the volume of air blown over the fmic on the road. Spool is not an issue with this turbo its insane, as it is now with the individual gear boost settings and the launch control I can see full boost in all gears which I guess helps a great deal with the 1/4 times Just need grippy tyres now.

That is a very impressive figure and as i posted up a few weeks ago ,if i go and buy a std vf35 and put the mods you have on yours ,whether i run meths or v power it will not make 370+ bhp .The only way your car is so succesfull is if you have modded the turbo to a degree and not just toyed with the wastegate, and i take it from some of your previous post that you are quite a technical sort of bloke ,so not wanting to know your secret, but would your car have made the same bhp figures if it had a bog std vf35 that i bolted on to your car 20 mins before the power run,i think not .
Needless to say that is an awesome figure and well done to you for backing up your words with some hard facts

All I did was toy with the wastegate, just wait and see what other results I get from other peoples cars. But even then I can already see some of you will be hard to please lol.

Just let me know when and I will happily take a look mate.

The only reason I posted this up today is because I was excited by the results and there were those who did not and still do not believe it is possible not even with the dyno printout to prove it, I have nothing to gain by lying, what I have done works and is not an isolated incident. Believe what you will, the VF35 on my car ran 380+bhp easily today and others will follow

Cheers Iain

yeah but if porting the turbo and toying with the wastegate will get you these results.. why isnt everybody doing it? what is the costy involved in doing this? does the cost make it not worth doing even though you have good results with it?
