Wasn't a gizzmo. Bee*R rev limiter. Cuts ignition and not fuel. I took it off after I got launch control on the ECU. I never had problems with it, but then again I didn't sit there bouncing off it for extended periods of time like I've seen some do. Bouncing a car off any sort of limiter will do damage if you keep doing it. Imagine the heat build up! I always did it with the bonnet open and the fan under my intercooler on, or when on the move. But I haven't had it fitted to the car for over a year. But then again, I had it fitted for a full year..

 

O and it made 1.1bar sat still.. which was why I wanted it in the first place!
