My heads are standard STI 4 heads with DH 22 profile cams dialled in a bit wild, tick over and up to 2800 RPM its awful but 3000 upwards it so giving and smooth, begging to be booted.

Hi Kev

Forgot to ask what boost were you running with the above?

If we are talking about clocking as opposed to rotating we have clocked at least three.
I cannot say there is any performance improvement but it sure does tidy up the pipework. It can only be a good thing.

Doesn't it make the spool any quicker due to less pipe work = less lag !!!

It may do but not so you can measure/notice in my experience. Every little bit counts and if you do several small improvements that on their own make no appreciable difference then you obviously have a tangible improvement.

How did you get in clicking a 46 Harvey?it was but if a nightmare we found compared to a vf range say due to the large size the turbo needed lifting on a plate the inlet pipe extendin and the actuator arm shortening and position moving prob not worth it as a single mod but as you say it all helps and it certainly does make it neater and easier to work in and does away with that horrible 180 degree bend on the Fmic that most kits run addies now feels very responsive even on a flat map it would have been interesting on a set of avcs heads but it's on Sti 4 heads for the time being

Hi,

the new SC50 is about to be tested, it should do the job of the SC54 but spool better.

Same as the SC40 Billet we no longer stock them as the new SC42 Billet has a smaller turbine so spool is fantastic and does the job of an SC40 Billet and a 42 Billet.

The SC38 billet was always hot on the heals of an SC40 Billet, so for the sleeve bearing cheaper 380/400 BHP turbo the SC38 has it covered.

Both the SC40 and the SC54 are still available to order.

Will post up the results of the all new SC50 Billet soon.

Cheers

Yes, there's a V3 wheel now that does spool even faster, not that the version 2 was lacking in that department
V3 wheel on a 2.35, 20% meth and 1.9 bar so not working hard at all.

Is the new SC50 still standard inlet size?
Making 442bhp with a SC46 billet on my forged 2.5 using V power, would we expect to be able to get close to 500bhp with th SC50?
