Lord'ham
If this was me, I'd be sending the guy 5 emails a day, and working through Paypal, Scoobynet, the banks or whoever to get a phone number for this guy, and then calling that 5 times a day to demand a tracking number. There comes a point when merely asking isn't really enough.

I'll try to do this.
If somebody has more information about this guy, please contact me.
Thanks

just read the whole of this thread, feel thankful that i've never had a problem on scoobynet, but this stuff really pisses me off

just in case it helps, Autoroute tells me the highest numbered house in Sydney Close is no. 28 - so 30 doesn't exist.

Also, if this person actually lived there, i'd expect them to know how to spell Isle of Wight!

Quick question - has anyone left them negative trader scores? This might at least stop other people getting ripped off when this happens in the future.

Hi guys the blokes a to55er but might be able to solve this,

Id just like to add that when i was selling stuff on here. the same thing happened with a lad that bought a turbo the seller sent him a dud. I read his post and sent him a td04 i had laying about to borrow i was genuine anoth to do so and even more importantly he sent it back when he was finished cleaned up and with a big thank you.

Iv also given the lads on here stuff when they have come for bits they have bought (only bits off trim they have needed lol)

Im not in any way shape or form trying to big my sen up as its not just me theres loads off genuine people on here selling things at really good prices. I just dont want people to be completly put off by the idea off buying off here.

Again this makes no difference to me as the "admin" decided i wasnt allowed to advertise the cars i was breaking with out paying a stupid amount off money.

On a upnote if you can prove that your transactions i will buy the deby off you PM me if intrested. Think i have a space for the lads car in my yard.

Again goodluck lads

Did notice one interesting point on this thread where someone mentioned about having no protection from paypal when sending something as a gift but having protection if the payment is sent as goods or service. That is far from the case which I found out to my detriment when I got ripped off on here. Paypal will only protect purchases made through an ebay auction. If you think you are protected by paypal outwith ebay you are very very wrong. My advice is always pay with a credit card that way you are protected via the card issuer.
