As mentioned don't switch on the on-board VGA again as windows will not use 2 different brands of graphics card together

I know this is a problem for most of us blokes
but the manual is your friend
In one of the first links I gave you:Radeon™ 9500 PRO
Q/A10 answers the question about setting up dual monitors with the radeon. If one or both of your Monitors doesn't support DVI connectivity then you need to make sure you have a DVI-VGA converter in one of the connectors on the back of the ATi radeon card. Normally this was provided when you bought the card new. If not maplins or PC world or a computer shop will sell these from £5 - £10. By the way looking through the manual for your motherboard the AGP slot you have only supports 4x speed of your card (Your card is an 8x AGP card) so if you plan to play games you may not get the full benefit.
Hopefully you are now sorted
