Has anyone retro-fitted front fogs? I'm thinking of fitting a facelift bumper with the fogs in, which mine doesn't have, and was wondering if there is anything other than connecting the lamps and getting a new stalk that needs doing? I assume the relay is already in place? The ICP kit on ebay only shows the lamps and stalk.

To that end, anyone got a part number for the stalk?

Look goods. I think the colour works well with the blue. What width and offset are they?

If it fits the saloon and you're flogging it, let me know.

It would appear that the "hooks" depend on whether you have a full size spare or the temporary space saver.

hook part number
Hook, 94072FG000MG

You can swap the clips over that are fixed to the net from the bottom to the top and use on the saloon, not perfect but works!

Thanks Don I have a space saver and not a full size rear and they are definately missing on my car, I also don't know or cant tell if they can be retrofitted into the panel if they werent originally there if that makes sense? Thanks for the part number, but could they be retrofitted, this is the net that is closest to the seat backs?

I don't see why not.

Instead of just the "firtree trim" clip (item3 on the diagram above) the "hook" sits in the recess and is probably held in place with a screw which expands the rear of the fitting to keep it in place.

Removal procedure in the workshop manual, states "bolts"

Without looking, there may be a captivated nut into which the firtree trim clip pushes or the hook assembly bolts into.

Current part numbers are:-

94072FG010MG - charcoal gray (MY08)
94072FG010JC - off black (MY09 onwards)

A couple of pictures of a broken one....... central cover reveals retaining screw

Just looked at replacing my sidelights with LED ones and the workshop manual says I need to take the bumper off to remove the headlight assembly. That can't right can it

Does anyone have a quick and easy way to get at the sidelights?

Release the wheelarch liner at the front and ease it back so you can get your arm in to the back of the headlight. Then you should be able to feel your way to the side lamp holder, it's a bit fiddly but possible. Main problem is getting the LEDs in with the right polarity, I removed my bulbs both sides then turned on the sidelights so I could see when I'd got the lamps the right way round.

Looking good. Think it's between matt bronze and gunmetal at the moment.
