fighting fit and rolling out to commence battle once again

less than a week of down time, here we have it back on the road, pending a mapping session with the great Scott that is Mr Forest

and another wee mod finally installed

First we remove the rear reflectors from the bumper & discard in the bin

we are left with a blank canvas

we then take these ordered items from the east aka japan

what are they you might ask, Well they are red reflectors with ultra bright leds fitted

after wiring them into the rear fog lamp harness they are now ready to use

2.5 fully forged & pinned Rebuild. split the liner & cracked the head in the other unit, also bust two pistons. found the cause after a email chat with Andy F.

splitter is sat on the old bumper still in the workshop

On the underside of the side skirts there are a bunch of clips which hold them to the body, the most forward one is the type with a Philips head, you turn it 1/4 turn, it pops up and you can then release, anyone know what size they are as need to order some from the bay.

Had the skirts off to fit my HT lower kit and the clips where so gritty had to break them off, I think they are 8mm but if someone could confirm that would be great, its on the saloon but remember my hatch having the same clips.

Cheers

For the Hatch the part number is 909130051, they're only 85p from a dealer.

Perfect cheers Don, found some that say for Subaru use and are 8mm so should do the job with just a little more force to insert.

Cheers
