Has anyone fitted new springs themselves? If so, is it difficult or is it just a case of undoing the bolts, removing the struts, compressing the springs then undoing the top bit? then getting the geometry done...I'm probably making it sound easier than it is?
any advice would be greatly appreciated as ever.

I had my Prodrive Eibach springs fitted at Beechwood Subaru in Derby the other week.
The Pro-R springs (Blue in colour) only fit MY11- cars as they have the Spec-C suspension

2.5 standard. You can get 2.5 and 3 in h&s.
Remember a re map would be advised if changing the whole system,

[quote=Abx;11062417]Yes, I removed it on my hatch as back in 2009 no one did a deres pipe that would fit with the standard backboxes, combined with a ppp backbox it gave a really nice tone.
Alright mate.
What size pipe did you use as the replacemnt pipe when removing the resonator? It obviously needs to be a snug fit

I had it made, it was a 2.5 pipe but widened at each end so the standard centre pipe could push fit into it, then two slots each end so it could be clamped together, I'm sure a local exhaust place could knock you one up, IIRC I paid about £50 from a forum member who made exhausts for a living.

But with the torque you get from the 2.5 ltr sti you don't really need to bounce it of the limiter as it pulls like a train
