quick question to all you helpful people... will this center pipe: http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog...oducts_id=1501
be an exact replacement for the resonated center pipe on my 330S ?

I've read a lot of posts and see that many center sections are specific to a manufacturers backboxes.

2nd question is do I / should I get a remap after removing a resonator.

In my previous STi I used Godspeed discs and pads for years. Always found the pads to be excellent for road use.
When it's time to change the brakes on my hatch I'll def be going back to them.

Fivade, regarding the exhaust my 330s had a cat back Hayward and Scott system on it which was not mapped in. have rrecently put the standard exhaust back on and it may seem strange but it feels more responsive, pick up seems better and the drive smoother. This may just be due the lack of the exhaust noise so other senses have been heightened ie the feel of the car and the feel of speed.

To make sure I'm having the Hayward and Scott system put back on this Thursday to see what happens. It could all be in my head lol

As for performance, albeit on different rollers the car made 335bhp and 352lb with he haywad and Scott yet 327bho and 366lb on the standard system. Read into that what you will but the graph looks much smoother on thestandard system where there were pits and falls in with the hHayward and Scott system. This could be down to rollers, guy at the wheel or the fact it was not mapped on for the car although it's safe to do so it may not improve the drive and performance of the car which is what my train of thought is

Will update after the weekend if you wish

Yes mate, I was the lonely hatch. Car seems rarer than a 22b as even at a meet I was the only one lol, first dyno was at Surrey rolling road and obviously power station for the other

No worries mate, as I say it could be all in my head or the fact it's different rollers but the car feels much better on the stock set up and that's not to say it isn't due to the lack of mapping for it

Take it he was the dude with the 2.1 engine tuner lump and a gt35? Impressive car, 475 wasn't a bad result! I'm sure there will be other days pal but you still need to get a brief spec and some more pictures up.

You going to be at any tracks this year?

Haha yeh that was him I wouldn't say 475 was a good result with at turbo etc but he said he only ran car on 1.5bar so will have to see another day haha mine would have done at least another 100bhp lol. As for tracks yes mate will be out as much as poss also want to try for a good time at Santa pod. No real plans as yet just try to fit as much driving in as poss!

Direct from subaru Japan. Via subaru uk mate. Will let you know how the fitting goes with it.

Yes I did get a price £ 200 for one but more than one gains a discount of £15 a wheel as the material is pretty expensive.

I need new rear disks and pads and I see ECP are currently doing 25% off using GET25 but does anyone know the correct part numbers for rear disks and pads as I know the part numbers for the front disks and pads are wrong. Thanks

I've got the grooved disks and Kevlar pads on the front, but I haven't been overly impressed with the pad performance and the noise from the grooved disks...and £255 for rear disks...ouch, was hoping to just get the Pagid ones (as recommended by Rob over on the old GR forum) and save myself some cash and get just as good performance.
