It can only be done at the main Subaru dealers. They have to recalibrate the steering wheel angle sensor.

having been to two dealers who didn't have a clue how to reset it I went to Silverstone autosport (Teeside Wrexham) and they knew what to do straight away.

The pictures don't do the finish justice to how good they look

A final lacquer coat will go on tomorrow to finish them off. Then a general check round to make sure all is good then I'll leave a few days to harden off before the rubber goes back on.

[QUOTE=HT_Autos;10285963]We have a couple in stock

I have just received my front lip from HT Autos, fantastic service. The original for the 09 STI
What I would like to know now is how you guys have finished them before fitting. Have you had them painted or just fitted them as received from HT Autos.

Thanks

Right guys I decided the standard STI lip on the R205 was to boring and didn't do it justice and have gone for a HT auto lip. i was originally going to get a Carbon one from varis or charge speed, but it flicked up at the sides instead of staying under the bumper. Which i didn't like as it made it a little ott. Having seen how there MY11 kit transformed the car (Pics below) I decided to go for a HT auto lip in the end however if anyone knows of anything similar in carbon please send me the link

No lip arrived with a slightly rough finish to the surface which is fine. I just dont know if I should leave as is or have it painted.

It actually looks alright Salsa, I wouldn't do it my self, but it's not bad could do with a pic of the wheel on your car.

Phil - those rims certainly make the car a bit more "in your face" - its as bad as those twits who put white stripes on their cars .......

Nice front lip Immy, better than the std STi one.
