I would have maybe passed him a coat and asked him to wait whilst I rang the police, if he hung around after you've belled the cops then I'd probably open the door to him.

It is up to you to assess whether he looked to be any kind of a threat. If not, it is only fair to show a bit of kindness to someone in a bit of trouble, maybe give him a coffee and let him warm up a bit before sending him on his way.

Yeah playing with Sagat as he is one of the few players that can break combo's and perform interrupts/stuns with his array of moves.
Best thing to do with Seth if you have it on arcade style 3 round fight is to beat him up lightly on round 1, let him go mental on round 2 and then round 3 wipe the floor with him (avoid his rage when he gets low on hp). When he teleports like made you just need to time your grabs and hey presto he is down on the floor... I stll hate him!
Erm *cough* back on track, called police to find out what had happened to him but they are not being too helpful, I hope the idiot got some help and got home in one piece.

Tough one that, big assumption he had been on a bender, he may well have been but mugged/beaten up on his way home.
Easy to say what you would and wouldn't do now, but there is no way I would have let a stranger into my family home, you did the right thing calling the police, did they give any further reports to you?
