Completely Happy: YouTube - Plug Tunin - De La Soul
On my Walkman whilst waiting to compete in the 100 metres at sportsday in 1990. The Sun was blazing, my mates were everywhere and life absolutely rocked in every way.
Both ecstatic and deeply gutted: YouTube - james - laid
The song my first love and I used to jump around to and which I played endlessly after we'd split up.
Sad: Played at both my father's funeral and that of my best mate's mother.
YouTube - Buddy Holly - True Love Ways
Reflective: YouTube - Louis Armstrong - What A Wonderful World
The song my mother and I chose to have playing as we left my father's cremation. Obviously I'm always cut up by this:
YouTube - Mike & The Mechanics - The Living Years
Happy days knocking around with my mates: YouTube - The Stone Roses - Waterfall
So many songs mean so much and I have to say it feels good to be a little sentimental.

Bright Eyes by Art Garfunkel, watership down was on when i got a call that one of my best friends had died.
can't watch the film or listen to the song without getting a tear in the eye to this day
song that always brings a smile is National Express by The Divine Comedy, don't know why but i always nod my head in a cheery fashion when this is on

Frantically searches music collection....Hear goes,
Not upbeat I know, but it does remind of some good times in the 80's:
Nothing Compares 2 U: Sinead O'Conner.
Sad song:
Tears in Heaven: Eric Clapton
Even sadder song, from a mates funeral who died in Iraq
A Town Called Malice: The Jam( **** me had to turn that off just had to wipe a tear)
Lost me cherry to this one (12" Mix )
Blue Monday: New Order.
Playing this flat out in my mates 2.8 Capri
Strike it Up: Black Box
Some more good times from the 80's(theme going on?)
Devotion: Nomad
Word up: Cameo
Hungry Like the Wolf: Duran Duran(skiing holiday with the school)
I'm going to stop there, I could go on for ever. Cool thread

YouTube - Meat Loaf - You Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth
Listened to this when I learned you can never put 100% trust in anyone. Reminds me of being totally and utterly depressed and weak, and I try to avoid listening to it.
And this was getting played on the radio all the time when I met her(good times) - YouTube - Nelly Furtado - Say It Right
