SRV is (was) awesome - great blues voice too. He was friends with Hendrix and had his actual Wah Wah pedal The live SRV stuff is best.

Great technique but he kinda just does that one thing with the slapping/rythm and the harmonics as in YouTube - Andy Mckee - Art of Motion - Guitar - www.candyrat.com

Adrian Legg was doing all that stuff years before

Cos it's been done a million times before? Look back to the 80's and get yer Yngwie, Vinnie Moore, Tony McAlpine and Jason Becker albums out for that kind of music (but done better!) Neo classical is so old fashioned lol
He only taps with one finger! I was into 8 fingered tapping like Jeff Watson from Nightranger!)
Ah - those were the days....12hr rehearsals with breaks only to go to the chippy or pub!

I do play, though not as much as I would like anymore. I've not really improved in years though which is a shame, maybe I'll get lessons eventually as I'm about as far as I can go teaching myself.

There was a massive internet search for the guy when he originally put up one of his tracks.. Whether they ever found him and he made it famous or not I don't know
