Agree totally with the above.

Alcazar is a great asset to the site helping people with a huge range of problems. Bob is a commercial seller. Both of these people have been equally vocal in support of their points of view. Yes it has been a bit tedious to read on occasion but both sides have been equally vocal.

The difference is that Alcazar is right re legality and Bob is just trying to make money. So who's been banned? This stinks.

 

I agree as well. BOB appears to be very helpful in general and if any one asked me where to get a hid conversion bulb kit from I would likely say BOB. Well after telling them there illegal. BOB is the only person selling these that I have known to actually give any sort of backing and support of what they have sold. But cant understand why Alcazar was banned? If any one should have been I guessed it should have been me banned as he was only answering my questions. But I cant understand why any one would be band for pointing out something is illegal?

 

As I understand it, Alcazar left of his own free will. He didn't like the way the site was run.

It has nothing to do with the legality of HIDs.

However, I ask you this, if you leave of your own accord do you automatically get a 'BANNED' flag under your name? I doubt it!

It's quite obvious why you are still able to post and Alcazar isn't. You PAY to advertise on here and he doesn't!! which seems to suggest the average user is less worthy than an advertiser, doesn't it?

No. Most people if they want to leave, they just leave quietly and do not get "banned". Alacazar decided to go out in a blaze of infractions baiting the webby as far as I can see.

He left out of choice, so I don't see that value of these posts.
