Too many people underestimate just how much work, time, stress and money a big build is when doing it yourself.

Keep plugging mate, your time will come.

cheers Frayz, you are spot on...just putting starting to put the center peices of the interior together last night took almost three hours. All I really wanted to do was go ride my bike

I'm only jesting with Ian, he did the same on my project thread

I fully appreciate the time and effort that go into a big build along with saving up and searching for parts too....... I doff my cap to anyone who has a crack instead of handing it to someone to do it for them

Lovely build matey!

Missed this thread up till now, but just had a good read through and your doing some top work!

Im reshelling my fire damaged legacy at the moment and have taken a similar approach to a fair few things! ...... even letting the cat get envolved! :-)

If your interested, build threads here.

yeah that was the original reason for buying it; I opted out of my company car scheme looking for a car I could transport four people and four bikes in quickly; wagon ticked the boxes...nine years on and the wagon has turned into a beast and I'm more selfish; I’ve got a 182 to take me and A N Other to the trails

haha, yeah i did the same! But as well as needing something to get to the woods, i also wanted something i could do uplifts in and cart the motos around in ..... always wanted a brat and having the fire was a perfect excuse to need another little runaround! ..... unfortunately i bought a goodun which warranted having some money thrown at it so the wife has fallen in love with it and its officially her runabout now! :-(

I've put as much back together as I can while I'm waiting for the rest of the interior but camera is still on fox cub duty at my parents so here are the photos Wicked Coatings sent me...

Matches the interior perfectly with the grey alcantara and black leather but like i said; Marmite
