I was not trying to imply anything. I just remember Powerstation telling me about mapping the Gems system quite a while before I decided to go with the M48Pro.

BTW: Am I right in thinking that Prodrive now use Pectel in their group N cars?

Although this thread originally started off as a technical discussion on the relative merits of EMS it seems to have drifted off from that -which is a shame. But anyway just to put the record straight let me state the following:

Powerstation did originally map my rally car back in 97??ish.
They did a bloody good job as they always do.
They have gone their way with Motec/Unichip etc , I have gone mine with GEMS.
I still ring them up for advice.
I can't be held responsible for other peoples over the top comments about my knowledge (or lack of it) but it's nice just the same.
