As Lesley has said .... if you have a specified co-ordinator for each event that would enable the club to get into organising said events.
The other option is when an event is being planned you have one that deals with the layout and plot application another that deals with getting money from individuals for the show/event and someone else to deal with support stuff i.e bbq and so on. Thus reducing the workload for one individual and spreading the job evenly. Enables everyone to experience how to organise the events.

apologies then ... Lee is the only one who has currently offered his services and all the what I thought likely candidates have already been online .. Anyone can offer their services

Right guys i know where everyone is coming from but think what was ment is lee as volunteerd his services
upto yet and although i think claire put the poll vote up when enigma mention putting it to a poll vote .claire worded it as lee or someone else meaning if anyone else is interested tick other and pm with who you want to put forward or your name if its for yourself who is intersted (AM I RIGHT) AFTER ALL THIS DECISION WONT BE MADE OVERNIGHT AS WE HAVE TO RUN IT FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS LIKE ALL OTHER POLL VOTES AM I RIGHT
AND MEMBERS WILL MAKE THE DECISON FROM THE FINAL VOTING GOOD I HOPE I AM NOT GOING BE SHOT AT DAWN HERE

I will try and help out when/where i can.The only thing is,i struggle with saturdays and planning things to far ahead.For example,if you asked me if i could go to a show in 2months time,i couldn't give you an honest answer.Like i said,i will help out when i can but dont want to let people down

remember what I was saying about thankless jobs... I took the poll off cos I didnt want people thinking it was rushed...
Its a big job holding this club together like it is and it takes a lot of planning... you can see where other clubs have had difficulties and we just want to pre-empt anything like that

I was lost but now am found!!!
I would help out when needed but find it hard to plan ahead as others have said.... I`m sure there will be someone who will fill the boots just right.
