Guys, sorry I havent had a chance to respond to this thread for a few days, was in England seing my brand new godson/nephew LOL
As far as I was concerned the convoy WAS kept well below posted national speed limits for the ENTIRE journey............this meant no overtaking caravans etc and trying to keep the convoy "tight".....all the stops were posted on the site before leaving along with guidline timings to allow those who wished to miss a leg to catch up at the next stop.
Some blame lies with me for getting lost somehow between Coagh and Cookstown, and the "scenic" route taken to get back on track, this was not intended, and again was done below speed limits.....problem was that so many junctions were taken than every car had to wait to get let out and the convoy split somewhat........Thats why we parked up for 10 minutes on the main Cookstown to Omagh road........I also posted my number for those who did not know where we were or where we were headed to keep everyone updated............
I dont mind organising or leading convoys anywhere or at anytime, I just wish everyone had as good a day as myself..........so apologies to those who feel "neglected"...............as for bushi's comments.......this is one of the guys who attends EVERY meet no matter what the distance or expense and has a vast knowledge of Scoobs, and I can say from personal experience he is a credit to the Scoobynet community
Please put this one down to experience for all and we can look forward to the next meet which will be a lot less driving hopefully .....

no corserrep. dont apologise. at the end of the day the reason this argument started was bcos i was told if i had have done more miles id have got more pics. its hard 2 finish a run when u have no clue wher u are or wher the roads lead u 2. fair enuff brocks , u had the info online, but that wasnt much use 2 me when i got left bhind! and as ollie stated he got lost 2 so it wasnt just me. just seems im the only 1 who has the guts 2 say. call it constructive criticism if u will. every1 learns by mistakes. and brocks good for bushi if he attends every meet. some of us would like 2 but cant. i would like 2 think i could contribute to the club if given half the chance. new ideas arent a bad thing. but fair enuff, i see ur all close knit, so ill take a step back. but i will say again, its my opinion and no1 will stop me from sharing it. i told u all before, if u dont like what i say IGNORE ME! im only a mere female after all

Bekee, I think you have got the wrong end of the stick about what I was saying............
1. I apologised for you getting left behind
2. I posted the route info prior to leaving
3. I was saying that Bushi is very approachable and he wasnt having a go....
4. I AM open to crticism about events I organise and want to improve them any way I can
5. I didnt take any pics and so cant upload what I dont have...........
The NI section of scoobynet is NOT a closed group, we welcome any comments/events/ideas, but the majority of members are in the greater Belfast area, and at present they are organising the majority of events to suit the majority of people............
I will hold my hands up and say SORRY again for the convoy not being run as you wanted, but the majority of people had a blast...............

Been one of the Cork lads out in Oxford Island last year
with Tarmac Terror and crew....... all i can say is get
CB's ...................besides all the slagging and fun you can have with
CB's , they also come in very hand if a convoy split's up .
Fair play to Brocks and all ,for organizing the memorial drive
Niall.

Hey Niall, good to hear from you. Was hoping to bump into you last sunday, John told me you were away working. You missed out on a great day.
I cant imagine trying to speak to you on a CB - you speak faster than my ears can hear!!!
Hope to catch up on the next run out. Take it easy.
