Wide arch, 400+bhp Newage rebuild...For the road :)
No Ryan, I'll have no bodyshop facilities. My oven is sold, and I'll be selling the rest of my stuff off within the next few weeks.
I'm trying to get the bodywork done before I move out this month.
Can't visualise me sending my own car somewhere for paintwork to be honest, bit weird.

Well your more than welcome to come to mine and finish in my workshop if you wish mate, would be a pleasure to work along side you fella
Quick end of thread note.
I have sold this car to a friend of mine who hopefully will have the resources to finish it to a good standard.
I have a lot going on business wise this year, and the car was becoming a distraction.
That, allied to the fact that I don't have the time, or funds, to finish it to the standard and spec that I want makes this a good decision all round.
On a side note, I was thinking at one point of painting the car Porsche grey, along with using it as a basis for my 2-door coupe project.
However, I have seen another newage, painted grey and turned into a 2 door (not a coupe, or executed very well I might add
) and realised that it would have looked completely $hoite....
Thanks for all your support and comments regarding my car over the past 5 years.
I am not done with Subaru ownership though, by any means.

Ive enjoyed reading up on your thread Neil (and Frayz`s too) and its a shame to see it conclude. Business comes first though,as its that, that pays the project. Hope to see you back in another thread/project in the near future....

Fair play Neil, always enjoyed reading your updates and marvelling at your skills and ideas. You have been an inspiration to us all an I hope you continue to do so in the future. I've always loved this car and really hope it becomes something special again.
All the very best with your business plans and great to hear you're sticking around.
Big thumbs up from me mate.

Hey Neil,
I was speaking with Andrew today, and he mentioned that you had sold it.... real shame, but I guess your new business venture is taking off and that at the moment is paramount
Rob
ps - let the next one be less OCD and useable

I haven't seen the car in the flesh, so I can't comment on that.
