APS group buy could go ahead but prices are more expensive than what WRC were offering.

If anybody had mentioned it was through WRC i wouldn't have bothered anyway. I ordered one off them they couldn't get it (prob hadn't paid there account with APS) after 2 months got a refund cheque from them that bounced !! bear in mind some people may need the induction kit so a price for those would be good.

If a potential supplier to this GB could post up some prices on the IC itself and the induction kit it would be appreciated.

Ok, the APS Front mounted Intercooler kits retail at 1125.65 inclusive, the best price we can offer these at is 1025.00 per unit.
As the pricing isn't as good as was first suggested we would be willing to offer these fitted at our premises in North Weald for 1200.00 all in, alternatively should you wish to fit them yourselves please add 20.00 for delivery.

Should you require APS' Cold Air Induction kit we can offer these at 175.00 - normal retail 197.40

Please note fitment of the CAI will require a remap of your ECU which we can do in house at the time of fitment if required

Appreciate the post but that's more expensive than I had anticpated. With the pound so strong against the dollar at the moment I would rather buy from the states. Thanks again.

If you can get someone that will sell to you in the states that is mate, its more likely they'lll tell you to buy from you APS dealer overe here.

Theyre $1600 dollars in the US which is circa £850, by the time you add shipping, tax and duty to that, its gonna be about a grand anyway. Also in the unfortunate event that theres a problem you then have to send it back to the US

Too much agro IMO

Just a few quickies.....

Would my existing HKS SSQV BOV fit or is there messing around with flanges etc

Will this still fit OK with my existing APS induction kit that sits the filter in the wing (I assume it will!!)

and I am looking to get my car mapped to around the 400bhp mark for now, would this IC give me any advantages (apart looking cool)at that power rating over the standard STI TMIC as I believe the standard is good for upto 450bhp.

Dave.
1 - dunno - you would need to check with Zak at Mocom

2 - yep

3 - yes, it will make it easier to make that power without melting the pistons
