I meant no difference in that the magazine's readership still have eyesight problems regardless of whether its a TT or an RS4

In the flesh the TT is just a poor evolutionary copy of the original.

There are better looking cars out there, for sure.

The original TT was cutting edge from a looks perspective (and stone age from a performance perspective).

The new one is a "feminised" version of the original with OK performance. I can see why it appeals to "petrol heads" like AudiLover.
