just cut the middle bit out to the required lenth and angle, then plasitic weld the two halfs with a good soldering iron a skim of filler some etch primer and finish in satin black, before joing the two halfs make sure the oil cap is in the right position when fully tight. job done

Sadly, Banny sti no longer posts on here. However there is a build thread under projects. The manifold is a Cosworth item BTW.
