Final piece of advice, dont buy anything other than the red RALLYE, just take a look at it, nicer looking than the scoob anyday...

Disagree Black is the colour, if you can find one, rarer than **** on a fish.

The WR1.
But, i didnt ask what would he rather have, i said the Rallye is a nicer looking car. It has much cleaner lines than any subaru made to date. It does not look like is just crashed through halfrauds window colecting a load of stick on items....
The impreza is no looker, its not stylish in the least. But then beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
PS, i do own a a scoob before you ask, and it was bought for 2 main reasons, point to point, it will beat the rallye through country roads and secondly, it has a warranty.
all IMO of corse

You can pick up the 205 for less than a grand these days, and that is a better drivers car than a 25 grand WR1.
Cost is irrelevent.

I found my near standard 1.3 100bhp 106 Rallye more rewarding then my 340bhp mod-fest RA. The acceleration and grip from the Impreza offer a buzz for sure, but that's down to the car, not the driver.
