Afternoon another lovely boring sunday god i miss my bike

 

Not sure Martin is taking this spamming lark seriously

 

Just did the Tatton Park 10k for cancer research, flippin' eck its a long way!!

 

Got a massive bout of cramp in my hamstring after the race which was really painful.

 

Still there mustve been a right load of cash raised for charity so cant complain.

 

Thought there mightve been a few other SMACS doing it, but didnt see anyone.

 

Maybe next year we should all have a go? Lets see if Ive recovered first!

 

I went out running today Graham, and promtly pulled a muscle in my right calf, had to limp home after that Bloody hurts now too.

I've not done any 10k's for years, would of done the local one just the other week but it was on a saturday morning and I was in bed after nights.

I wasn't even aware of the Tatton Park one, did you let us know at all?
