the tyres survived only just tho, the front left looked sorry for itself

 

sean put his car into a big bag of tyres and bent it

 

the pads are the ones dai gave me a while ago, just cheap ones and they didnt last the whole day

i was going to say good morning until i read the news on one of my biggest hero's, i am totally gutted. Colin is the reason i love scoobs so much the man was an absolute legend in the world of motorsport, i really cant put into words just how gutted i am its a great great great loss for us all. A true rally legend who lived life constantly on the edge has sadly passed away, my condolances to the mcrea family an all involved.

Yep, on one or another!!. Waiting till B Shop looks at it on Monday, before I decide to get another one. Chassis is still straight, and with a bit of Panel Beating should only need a bumper I think.
More power and a manual gearbox, would have controlled the spin, I think.
Oh and a bit more driver skill!!..

Wish I could just phone him and buy, but repairs/purchase will have to wait 2 weeks until I have paid of the £4000 insurance bill for my business!!.

whats everyone been up to today then? me and the wife went to carcraft before to look at some cars, id never buy from there cos they are stupidly overpriced. The one in liverpool used to have at least 500 cars in stock so you was more or less gauranteed to see a car you liked, they only had about 100 cars in though which the fella tried to fob of as a busy weekend an im supposed to believe that 400 ish cars in one weekend at the prices they charge.

 

they had a focus the same as my wifes for 2k more than we paid, 8kfor a 3 year old focus i hate the way they harrass you as soon as you walk in, the fella wanted the keys to my wfes car to value it, i told him no as we had already told him we wasnt there to buy, fecking idiots

 

i was trying to talk the wife into a c70 or saab convertable or even the audi a4. better than a 2 seater slk, she wont have none of it though

 

i suppose if she gets a slk though i can get her a auto which means she wont wreck the gearbox in it, she has wrecked 3 gearboxes since ive known her. she managed to ruin a brand new ka's gearbox within 2 years

 

nice lazy day other than that really, i have been up since 7 though so im a bit tired now. hada nice meal and a fair few drinks last night as well
