hope traffic isnt bad, need a $hit but try not to do them at work
(especially seeing as I had homemade chilli for tea last night and also for dinner today

think I can hold it in for a 30 mile trip home. Just have to be careful going over the speedbumps though

get home, deturd, quick mile run, have my tea (mrs cooking whilst im running) drive to warrington to see dad/sister/brother in law and also drop something off somewhere else in warrington
then be home for about 9 ish, spend a bit of time with the dog, then go bed

then up at 5.20am in the morning to try a 3 mile run before getting ready for work. Did 3 mile last night in 32 mins, so I want the 30 min barrier, not bad for a lardy ****

shame, he could be an **** and his shirt style left a lot to be desired, but he was good at what he did, his ideas and vision
