I had to put my old one down a few years back, hardest thing ever being in the room whilst he was put to sleep
I wasnt embarressed walking out crying. I was the last thing he saw, I said then I would never get another, but few years later and I did it and I dont regret it one bit
(well actually she is in season now so she keeps jumping on my head!)

The rest of the time I was in the Air 2000 office which was the floor below the ATC tower at Manchester Airport.
