1:-Obtain tin of Tuna
My current fav is Sainsburys own label Tuna Flakes in Brine (as mentioned previosuly though the brine isnt consumed)

2:-Open tin, this can either be by use of a tin opening device (many varieties available, both top opening, side opening and even electric
)

3:-Drain brine, I use a top opening tin opener type manual device so I compress the tuna flakes with the now removed top and this gets rid of most of the brine

4:-Add prefered sauce mix and give it a stir. I use a fork for this

DONT eat too much tuna though
It can contain mercury.
