getting back on topic and talking of rolling arches - I need to do this to the rear of mine, as I have fitted the speedlines and they have 225 tyres which are catching on the n/s rear.

You need to raise your rear suspension Terry, that's far too low at the back!
Ideally you want the rear wheel arch 10mm higher above the wheel than the front. 35mm at the front and 45 at the rear IIRC are Fellies prefered heights...
Maybe that's why my car was quicker with it's lowly 344/308

Acid-dip the shell when all done?
They do this in the USA to remove the paint and grunge but never see it advertised here, only blasting the shell into ripples.
Just so much work David....
Be great when all done and the cage in place and painted.
Keep it coming!
Graham.

David's hardly done anything on the car to my knowledge.
His was seriously ill, so David had to finish his sisters kitchen installation which his dad had started. Now his dad is on the mend, it seems David is ill.
If his flu is anything like i had in January, he wont be doing anything for a week.
He'll update when hes done something.

Steven, seems to have missed the word Dad out of the above..
Yeah, dad was in Hospital seriously ill for a few weeks, and I didnt give the car a single thought, Ive done a little bit more welding and removing of underseal. As above though, unfortunatley Ive been lumbered with starting and finishing the kitchen which includes knocking walls down, fitting new joists in the ceiling and erm 'fixing' the existing wiring. Basically getting it allready for plastering.
Wont get much on the car done this weekend, hopefully will have a few important updates in the coming weeks, colour is now pretty much decided on - which is a secret, and erm different
Carbon fibre boot lid has been made, not allowed to post pics though!
Might be borrowing a new turbo, to ensure that it fits for when I eventually change to one a lot bigger .

WW No comment.
Has my car ever been discrete?
Will the boot lid be painted for that discrete look?
