new engine installed, wierd issues

could it be the( MAP sensor ) for my model sti 2005 is bolted new the throttle body. the ecu will need this to sense the boost also vacuum. 5 volts. 4.7v is for the high boost lower the 4 will be vacuum. hope this could help.
