I thought the Type R was capable of handbrake turns because it unlocked the dccd

Yes you can handbrake the Type R, just treat it as a rear wheel drive car and dip the clutch.

lol,just puttin a standard wrx engine in it just now,not sure about spendin much on the engine due to the cars age,and the fact you never see the money you spend on modifications when you sell the car.Toying with the idea of buyin another engine,buildin it up over time then dropping it in when its done.

Well Scotty guess it proves you cant do doughnuts in WRX`s. Shame it cost you the engine though. I guess i gonna leave the doughnuts to the people that can afford the repairs. LOL

LOL nah you can do them,just dont take the revs as high as i did or do them for as long with standard top mount intercooler!
