i believe that they know what they are doing - ignoring the situation would, as SiPie said, mean people would just move on and new blood be found.

that sorta tactic just shouts "we dont care about you" to the people its aimed at.
just wish that they would unsticky this if that is the way it is.
its so frustrating that they are keeping it in limbo.
