For the 4 months I've been with O2 (yes it was a big mistake) I've been on an additional tariff I never requested along with the one I wanted. EVERY month I phone up and tell them to take it off, they say OK I've done it and they say they'll credit me back the £50 that the additional tariff has cost me (I have to pay the bill you see).
Yet every month another bill comes and it's got the same tariff's on it and around we go again.
So far I've got them to say they'll give me a £200 credit on next months bill (but I'll still have to pay the £79.99 on this months bill........
