With Skylines I think its VERY much you get what you pay for...

If its cheap then there is normally a reason

 

IMO best bet if u dont mind the wait is to get a decent importer to get you one from Japan

Whats reasonable though. I found a midnight purple R33 GTR V spec
1997(P) 24000 miles, couple of mods (exhaust, induction) for £19895.(private)

Pete you have no chance of getting an R34 for that not a UK car or even an import. R34`s have gone up in value recently.
You`d probably struggle to get a UK R33 at that price too with history.

Thats the reason I want one now, as the prices are not going to drop by much. The above R33 is probably an import, but thats really not going to bother me. If your mate Steve comes to yours before xmas tell him to bring it round.
