Midlehurst will be your best bet I think - IIRC they where the only official R34 importer for Nissan in the UK. He has a unit next to the dealership that looks like it purley specialises in Skylines - always about 4 or 5 lined up outside the workshop Last time I was in there he had a few in the showroom to (think these where older ones - still nice though)!!!

Anyone that trys to charge 20K plus for a GTR32 V spec. is IMHO not the best place to purchase one!

Have a look privately, you can find some A1 condition R32's for about 10K!

My mate is on his second skyline and our local dealer (where another friend is a salesman) wouldnt service either skyline, but then again, would you want them to !!! He also bought his first one from this garage.

Best advice on here. Ignore the prices on their website, tell them what you're after and they'll get you exactly what you want.

What do you mean exactly? That the prices on the website are inflated?

The prices on the website are for cars that are in showroom condition. I asked the question on gtr.co.uk regarding R32's, in that they're available from £8k and Prospec have them listed up to £20k+. Prospec only supply totally mint cars exactly to the customers spec. If you want an £8k snotter, they can find you the best snotter £8k can buy was the answer I got back

Shin is a legend in the Skyline scene worldwide. Not the cheapest, but probably the best.

I must admit I thought Prospec prices were a little high. I'm wanting to spend around the £20k mark.

hi m8

still give Pro-spec a go the best thing you can do, the ones on his site are basicly new e.g the 50k r32 has only 10 miles on it, and shin is a big name in japan he knows allot of people, for more info visit gtr.co.uk were youll also find good members examples for sale

good luck

20K plus for a GTR32 V spec
IIRC the V-Spec R32 is stupidly rare & command very high premiums..

I though the V-SpecII cars are around the £50k mark for an R32

The reputables ones so I see are: Prospec, New Era, Middlehurst...

I wouldnt bother with a UK car - not worth the premium

I've been looking in the Autotraders and some of the private sellers have good prices, would buying private be a better alternative?
