Max

Aye aye sailor. What's the connection between owning a MY01 for 2 weeks and 'Coming out to us on the BBS'. Each to his own I suppose. ( Tongue slightly in cheek)

TONY

I think you're right, but I've had my MY01 for 2 weeks, therefore you know I'm bent

Tony,

Let us know how you get on with the order. Even as a fan of the MY00 which I prefer to the MY01(having tried both) I'm tempted by the deals available on the new car with PPP. Wouldn't pay full dealership money though.

Are you trading your MY00 in? What sort of p/ex deals were Gibsons offering?

I know what you mean about the MY00. I do love driving mine, but I was one of the unlucky one's who got 'A Right Dog'. I am not part exchanging it. I am more likely to burn it out just to make me feel better. Then again I might send it back to the lease company (2.5 years early, but never mind that's the companies problem as I am leaving)

Question

Tony,

How much are Gibsons charging to fit the twin headlights to your car.

Im getting one from Gibsons in September and was planning to fit them myself.

Gents, I can assure you that a single DIN unit will fit and also that there's a pod available to take boost, oil temp and press gauges directly above the stereo.
My WRX RS (German limited edition) has them.

Charliecossie - was there a DIN issue raised here??? This is a topic in the ICE section.

Andy - Looking like I will buy Morettes from Mr Croney @ £290.00 + VAT for the adjustable ones. It is the best price I have had so far. Gibson's will then paint & fit them at a price yet to be agreed

Tony:
The "fitting a single DIN" thread was what I (thought) I replied to!
