I’ve only come across two myself...one was a Turkish no-name TV from Appliances direct about 15 years back (the brand escapes me...DVB receiver software bricked itself so ended up down the tip after the analogue switch-off). The other was a Samsung monitor/TV; Its main function was a monitor, but it had a tuner and speakers (not sure why samsung sold it as a monitor, bar it having a DVi socket and maybe supporting a few extra resolutions).
