I have run a filter for years and have never had a turbo issue been running my GT35 for over ten years now. I always recommend one on all the cars i am involved with.
Thank you for the kind words everyone !

Yes i run an oil feed filter on the turbo, since the failed MD I wouldn’t run without one.

Yeah that's a pretty sick looking scooby. Great work with the choice of mods and great to see you preserved with it. Congrats on a special car.

Glad your getting a cage fitted. I think with 500BHP, grip monster wide tyres and regular track use!

Cracking car this mate, from a fellow big turbo hawkeye owner

Incidentally I'm assuming they are Karlton Flares from the US?

Funny enough iv just been reading your thread Daz, hope you stay on the mend mate, really looking forward to the updates.. what’s your end goal.. just a track toy or sprinting events etc too ? I’d wish i had the space to be able to go as far as stripping everything and start from scratch.

yes they are the Karlton flares

Awesome work! What sort of weight do you think you’ll get it down to?

I’m building a white Hawkeye at the moment but keep having thoughts of a 2 door type r build lol
