I think the Alligators might have been a bit upset if there had been!

My dad always corrected me for this mistake, BBY. I still haven't learnt, have I?

Sorry.

No probs.

I apologise to you, alligators! (Kneels down on the floor with folded hands to kiss the alligators' @rse!)

Note: BBY, I am not apologising to the one that took that child, though. He's worse than a croc and even a vermin, if you ask me.

Actually there was a story only the other day about nile crocodiles in the wilds of Florida

And the made the point that crocs are much more dangerous than alligators - actively hunt humans

Anyway as a father - horrific

Sometime I can't help feeling that we all walk on the razors edge between normality and tragedy

In that case, I do apologise to the crocodiles as well; A) for downgrading them by referring the alligators as them and B) by recognising them as less dangerous than the alligators.

Talk about being the architect of your own demise!
What's the best thing to do with an unwanted, amphibious, predatory pet? Flush it down the toilet.
Crazy yanks.
