solid gearshift bushes and quick shift for a 6 speed hawk

Hi there saw a thread about solid bushes for the gear shift the other day but cant remember who sells them. also after a quick shift for a hawk 6 speed sti. Who sells them?

I thought the hawk sti gear shift was pretty tight as standard, how do these kits help?

awesome will ring him tomorrow. Im strugging to get her into gear in a hurry atm so need to loose a bit of slack and quickshift
