I've got two no fault claims on my "record" couple of other companies have tried to charge me for it, MS said they had recorded them, but no extra costs as they knew the situation.

Seem good to me... so far.

 

if youve read my previous post, this hasnt finished yet. ive changed a car over on my policy and its come back with NCD prej`d and FAULT yes. i`m not really sure what that means so i phoned a-plan now the other drivers insurance co. are saying i scraped his car as i turned into the junction.
seriously insurance co`s are scum.

 

Any update on this - I'm just preparing my Markerstudy Rant - where they sent back my V5 in error to the DVLA who de-registered me from owning it and now the investigation will take up to 5 weeks.

 

Took me 6 weeks to get my no claims bonus of these so cauld good cheap insurance companys, from now on im just paying the extra as its ok saving some money but too much hastle when you actually need them.

 

NCB should not be deducted mid term only at renewal

after being in touch with the complaints dept who were helpful, didnt uphold my complaint but hey. marker study have said the other party paid out and the case is closed - no fault claim however a-plan have said that the case wasnt closed and that the other party was claiming from me, they even described what the other party was claiming for. they were saying that i had turned into the junction and scraped his car lol. i will contact a-plan again to see what they say after my conversation with markerstudy.
