changed brke fluid have a problem

Default changed brke fluid have a problem

hi all I had a mechanic friend come and refurb my 4pots,change pads disks braided lines, one of the copper brake lines was corroded and broke so changed this too (drivers front from the abs box to the braided line) added new fluid dot 4 ,started bleeding the system thought it was bleed, took the car out for a spin the pedals still really spongy the 1st couple of times pressed with the brake coming on rite at the bottom of the pedal ,bled it again and its still the same ,any ideas people il say thank you in advance ....

Sounds to me that it isn't fully bled. But I might be wrong .

He has fitted the calipers on the right side so the bleed nipples are at the top not the bottom , if these are fitted right , then it could be air still in the system , or the master cylinder is on its way out

As above, check calipers been put back on right way round.

cheers guys it was a tiny bit of air still in the system all sorted now
