Tyres look flat

I have Event WL905 215/40R17 fitted to my car and the front tyres always look a bit flat Is this normal with these tyres. I have put in 36 psi and still the same. The car feels fine when driving

Is the guage accurate? I've had two gauges before with two completely differant readings.
