Classic 4 pots - piston query ( bleed issue ? )
Hi,
I have a classic RB5.. Calipers were reconned by Godspeed a couple of years back. Its been garaged for the winter and when i drove it last week, i noticed a slight judder.
Whipped the wheels off and the brakes had a thin layer of residue on the pistons. I popped them all out and gave the pistons / inside of the caliper a good clean.
All refitted and sorted.. i thought
Ive noticed the judder is still there, and although the pistons are free flowing, the pistons dont come out at the same time. The top inside one always comes out first ( next to brake line ) and the rest follow, 1 at a time in a random order. Ive bled and bled and bled, but this hasnt rectified it.
Im assuming the pistons should all come out together, and there is air somewhere in the caliper.
Any advise ?
Thanks
